In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with ANY TypeZero™ product, we don’t want to keep your money. Even though our products are of the utmost quality, no supplement works for everyone.
Online Return
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items after the first bottle or tub must be in new condition. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted 60 days after order date.

Shipping Time:
Our goal is to have your order processed within 1-2 business days depending on production of items ordered, size of order, and availability. Once shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for shipment to be received. (International orders may take longer due to customs).
We try to get your order shipped as fast as possible while still upholding our standard of quality.
Due to certain circumstances out of our control, shipping times may vary.
International customers (anyone outside the U.S. - including Canada & U.S. protectorates) should be aware of and are responsible for all additional fees associated with duties, taxes, customs, and other costs incurred from shipping internationally. Your purchase includes courier fees only.
Please be aware it is against U.S. law to underestimate the value of your package on the customs form.
Please be aware we will not refund any international package that is refused. These additional costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to your local customs office to estimate these fees.
